Cancelling your Registration

At Wahroonga Rugby Club, we understand that circumstances arise where your child needs to withdraw from rugby.

In these cases, the club will offer the following refunds:

Before start of season; 100% less the fees already paid to others (e.g.U16 - $50), and less admin fee ($20)
Before round 4; 75% refund less fees paid to others (e.g. U16 - $50)
Before round 8; 50% refund less fees paid to others (e.g. U16 - $50)
After round 8; 0% refund

Notes:

Fees Paid to Others includes the ARU, NSWRU, and SJRU.
Admin Fee relates to Club Paid fees including insurance
